A business jet carrying nine people crashed near Greenacres, Florida, on November 1, killing all aboard. The Learjet 60 departed Austin, Texas, on Sunday and was heading to the Bahamas when the incident occurred.

A joint statement from the victims' families identified Adam Robinson and Helen Sharp, their children Emma, 4, and Charlie, 2, Rachael Reed, Charmi Fehr, and Anita Maria Cetina as those killed. The families described the children as the "light of their lives" and noted that Cetina cared for the toddlers with "tenderness and devotion." The statement also acknowledged the pilots' families, who were not included in the initial list of passenger victims.

The co-pilot was identified earlier on Monday as Nathalia Filgueiras, 20. WPEC reported that Filgueiras obtained her pilot's license before receiving her driver's license while attending high school in Boca Raton. Jeffrey Gregory, 55, was identified as the captain by a source with direct knowledge and a flight manifest obtained by CBS.

Federal Aviation Administration records indicate the pilot reported weather and turbulence issues during the flight. The pilot stated they were "managing the ice" shortly before issuing a Mayday call. Multiple distress calls followed as severe weather moved through the area.

Officials said the weather conditions may have contributed to the crash. The families expressed gratitude to first responders and the Palm Beach County community for their assistance. They requested privacy during the grieving process and said details regarding memorial services would be released once arrangements are finalized.
