The Jacksonville Jaguars have established a dominant home presence for the first time in decades, winning seven consecutive regular-season games at EverBank Stadium while outscoring opponents 271-75. The team is undefeated at home in 2026, a record that stands in sharp contrast to the franchise's recent history.

Jacksonville has finished below .500 at home in 11 of the previous 15 seasons. The last time the Jaguars won more than 10 home games over a two-year span was during the 2006-07 seasons under coach Jack Del Rio. The current squad has already reached that threshold, standing at 10-1 at home over the past two years under head coach Liam Coen. The single loss occurred against the Seattle Seahawks, who went on to win the Super Bowl in 2025.

The team has controlled its opponents with ease in recent weeks. Jacksonville defeated Cleveland 34-10 in the season opener and routed New England 35-6 two weeks later. On Sunday, the Jaguars dominated the Indianapolis Colts 42-7. The team built a 28-0 lead late in the second quarter against the Colts, aided by a 92-yard interception return for a touchdown by backup safety Rayuan Lane. That margin represented the third-largest halftime lead in franchise history.

Statistical performance supports the scoring output. Jacksonville converted on 6 of 12 third-down attempts against Indianapolis, bringing its season total to 48.2 percent. That figure ranks third in the league behind Cincinnati and San Francisco. If the team maintains that rate, it will mark the highest conversion rate in the franchise's 32-year history.

The strong home performance persists despite major construction at the stadium. EverBank Stadium is undergoing a $1.4 billion renovation that has reduced capacity to 42,500 for the 2026 season, down from just over 60,000 last year. The Jaguars do not play in front of crowds comparable to Dallas, Denver, Green Bay, or Kansas City, nor do they benefit from an indoor dome environment. The attendance appears driven by season-ticket holders rather than a surge in general ticket sales.

Coen noted that the limited schedule at home drives the team's intensity. "I think that's something these guys take a lot of pride in," Coen said. "They understand and feel the limited opps that we do have in this stadium, that we want to take advantage of those opportunities and jump out." The Jaguars played two games in London this season, limiting them to only six regular-season matchups in Jacksonville.

Individual performances contributed to the wins over the Colts. Second-year running back Bhayshul Tuten rushed for a career-high 104 yards and a touchdown, while also catching two passes for 55 yards and a score. Rookie tight end Nate Boerkircher recorded touchdown catches in back-to-back games, and wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. found the end zone two weeks after being benched. Quarterback Trevor Lawrence noted the team's ongoing development. "This season is very young, and we got to keep getting better," Lawrence said.

Injury concerns remain for the defense. The Jaguars lost nose tackle DaVon Hamilton to a season-ending injury against the Colts. The team could pursue options such as Jordan Davis, Moro Ojomo, or Grover Stewart in the coming weeks. Safety Eric Murray, defensive end Travon Walker, and right guard Ezra Cleveland also played through injuries in the most recent game, while Antonio Johnson missed action with an ankle issue.

The Jaguars prepare for a difficult stretch of road games. They travel to Baltimore for a Thursday night matchup against the 4-4 Ravens. Jacksonville has played in 15 previous Thursday night games and holds a 6-8 record in those contests. The team has seven of its final 10 games on the road, making its home streak a critical component of its playoff positioning.
