Forty live music performances are scheduled across Skagit County between today and November 8, according to a weekly roundup published by local media.
The calendar lists events at bars, breweries, and community halls in Burlington, Anacortes, Mount Vernon, and Sedro-Woolley.
Most of the scheduled sets are free to attend, with venues asking for tips to support the musicians.
The free events include a two-hour set by the band Sokey Sawtooth at Double Barrel BBQ today from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and a performance by The Lucky Dogs at Anacortes Rockfish Grill from 6:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
Several events require a ticket or cover charge.
A Halloween costume party at Guemes Island Store on Friday costs $10 for adults in costume and $15 for those without, while children under 16 enter free.
A Halloween party at Montoya House Of the Arts in Sedro-Woolley on Saturday sells tickets for $25.
Stewart Woods will perform three separate sets in the next week.
He will play at Farmstrong Brewing on Thursday for a $10 cover charge, at Farmstrong Brewing again on Saturday for a $10 suggested donation, and at Arcadian Public House every Friday starting at 6:30 p.m. for no cover.
Other paid events include a Saturday night show at Arcadian Public House for $15 in advance and a Friday show by The Enthusiasts for $10 in advance.
Age restrictions vary by venue.
Arcadian Public House and The Old Edison require attendees to be 21 or older, while Double Barrel BBQ, Farmstrong Brewing, and Anacortes Rockfish Grill welcome all ages.
