Three women have come forward with allegations of sexual assault against Edward Eisenhard, 38, a man prosecutors in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, describe as a highly dangerous recidivist. District Attorney Joe Khan stated during a Tuesday news conference that investigators believe additional victims exist and are urging the public to come forward.
Khan characterized Eisenhard as a "real monster" during the press briefing. The DA's office has requested that Eisenhard remain held without bail after his charges were upgraded on Thursday. He is currently in jail because he could not post bail following his initial arrest on October 1.
One of the alleged assaults occurred on September 25, the opening night of the Valley of Fear haunted hayride attraction in Feasterville, Pennsylvania. A criminal complaint details that Eisenhard, who was on a break from his job at the venue, approached an employee working alone. The complaint states he grabbed the victim tightly by the throat until she had difficulty breathing, pinned her wrists above her head against a wall, made sexual comments, and indecently assaulted her over her clothing.
Valley of Fear terminated Eisenhard the day after the incident. Two days later, he allegedly assaulted the same woman again at Five Below in Hilltown Township, where he also worked. The victim told investigators that Eisenhard, who was her supervisor, restrained and sexually assaulted her while she cleaned the back stockroom of the store.
Investigators revealed that Eisenhard also repeatedly abused a victim under 12 years old at a home in Springfield Township. Detectives from the Bucks County District Attorney's Office noted that they discovered further allegations of similar behavior at both of Eisenhard's former workplaces. They stated they strongly believe there are more victims than the three currently charged.
Fox News Digital contacted Valley of Fear and Five Below for comment on the developments. The case has drawn attention to safety protocols at seasonal employment venues and retail locations where workers may operate alone or with limited supervision.
